At Isom NeuroSolutions Foundation, we are dedicated to transforming how neuro-solutions care reaches individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other forms of neurodivergence. Rather than treating financial hardship as an acceptable obstacle to health, we treat accessibility as a foundational right. By addressing both clinical and educational needs, we offer a model of care that extends beyond the patient to strengthen the entire family.
Why We Exist
Type 1 neurodivergence is nearly invisible to the average person, so too often these individuals and their families are asked to choose between the care they need and what they can afford. We exist to close that gap, pairing direct treatment with the education families need to advocate confidently for their loved ones.

Dr. Nayasha Isom
Founder, Isom NeuroSolutions Foundation
A board-certified family medicine physician with over 15 years of clinical experience and the founder of Isom MD, Dr. Isom created the Foundation to extend her specialized neurodivergent care to families who need it, regardless of income.
